Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Listra public document extraction tool and related pages.
By using the tool, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Service Description
Listra provides a browser-based file extraction interface that processes supported files through server routes and OpenAI API services, then returns structured rows for review and export.
The tool can save extraction-list names and settings in your browser's local storage. It can be used anonymously or with optional Sign in with ChatGPT. Signed-in users receive a higher file-count allowance, but Listra does not provide a database-backed workspace, long-term file storage, or collaboration features.
Your Content
You retain your rights in files and data you submit. You grant Listra and its service providers a limited right to process that content only to provide the extraction and export actions you request.
You are responsible for having all rights, notices, and consents needed to upload and process files with this tool and OpenAI API services.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the tool for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
- Do not upload content that you are not permitted to process or disclose.
- Do not attempt to overload, probe, reverse engineer, automate abuse of, or interfere with the service.
- Do not rely on AI output without human review where errors could matter.
AI Output
AI extraction output is provided for convenience and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.
You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and validating extracted rows before downloading or using them.
Third-Party Services
The tool depends on third-party services, including hosting infrastructure and OpenAI API services. Those services may be governed by their own terms, privacy documentation, availability, limits, and retention rules.
- OpenAI Services Agreement
Terms that govern use of OpenAI business and API services.
- OpenAI API data controls
OpenAI documentation about API data handling and retention.
Availability and Changes
Listra may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
